I have just listened to the first session which was fascinating and helpful. I like Dan's scientific expose of how the 'distributed extended nervous system throughout the body' (ie brain network) is the tool which our minds uses to create itself and that the mind is NOT just the activity of the brain. Also helpful: that where we focus attention we create a state of activation. With repeated creation of an intentional state (eg loving kindness or spacious awareness)over time, the brain changes so you develop a trait. I also like the heart warmth of Jack, including little stories of love and heart openness. I am so glad I signed up for this course so far.
